We want you to love your jewellery from Retold Vintage. Every piece is carefully checked before it’s sent, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

You are entitled to a refund if your item arrives faulty or damaged.

In this case, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

As a small business, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, including:

- Ordering the wrong size, style, or colour

- Deciding the piece doesn’t suit you

- Normal wear and tear after use
